Chewing

Chewing is not uncommon for the Siberian Husky, especially young ones. They will drop their puppy teeth usually between 4-6 months. This is the time they will really enjoy a chew toy, so give them one before they pick one you will not approve of. Used plastic milk bottles are great value. They can be disposed of after a few days and a new one given.

Do not leave your husky unattended in your car - seat belts and fixtures in the car will be chewed. Have your dog restrained in the car at all times and his mouth out of reach of things to chew.
