Maribyrnong River Pet Walk

Where are we going?
Maribyrnong. Melway Map 28 B10. Meet at the car park nearby Thompson Reserve
off Van Ness Ave.
What is special about this walk?
- On-leash only: dogs must be on lead at all times for this walk
- Inner Melbourne location
- Easy walking on flat developed trails
- The tracks are pram-friendly
- This is an inland walk. In the event of defined inappropropriate weather,
the Pet Walks Cancellation Policy is applicable.
What to bring?
Bring a picnic lunch plus the usual pet walk items, ie:
- Water and bowl for your wolfie
- Poo bags - a must for this walk!
- Dog snacks
- Dog stake and chain (optional)
- Small First Aid kit
- Lunch
- Sunglasses
- Sunblock
- Hat
- Day backpack

The co-ordinator for this walk is yet to be determined.
Could all members planning on attending walks please put the co-ordinator's
mobile phone number into their own phones in case they get lost on the way to
the meeting point, or find that they are in the wrong place altogether! If it
is close to the meeting time and you can't find us then just call for help!
We are happy to wait until you arrive if you let us know.
