Walk

Where are we going?
Williamstown Beach. Meet at the track junction outside the Old Fort Gellibrand
on Battery Rd. Melway Ref 55 D11.

What is special about this walk?
- Café stop for ice creams or hot coffee
- Central city beach location
- This walk includes some off-lead areas that members are welcome to let their
well trained huskies off, but those with dogs with ‘issues’ will need to be
alert to other dogs approaching
- This is a coastal walk. In the event of defined inappropropriate weather,
the Pet Walks Cancellation Policy is applicable.
What to bring?
Bring a picnic lunch plus the usual pet walk supplies, ie:
- Water and bowl for your wolfie
- Poo bags - a must for this walk!
- Dog snacks
- Dog stake and chain (optional)
- Small First Aid kit
- Lunch
- Sunglasses
- Sunblock
- Hat
- Day backpack

Could all members planning on attending walks please put the co-ordinator's
mobile phone number into their own phones in case they get lost on the way to
the meeting point, or find that they are in the wrong place altogether! If it
is close to the meeting time and you can't find us then just call for help!
We are happy to wait until you arrive if you let us know.
