Where are we going?

Wilson Botanic Park is located at 668 Princes Highway, Berwick. Wilson Botanic Park was established in 1992. A former basalt quarry, Wilson Botanic Park has been developed into 39 hectares (100 acres) of scenic and tranquil parkland.

With spectacular exposed rock formations, unique fossils over 22 million years old, three picturesque lakes, paths meandering amidst native and exotic gardens and spectacular views. Although most tracks are paved, the terrain can be quite steep in places and I would not recommend this as a pram friendly venue.

This park has fantastic atmosphere and would make a fantastic picnic venue, please feel free to bring along a picnic. We will meet on the path just north of the parking area, look for all the Siberians, parking is limited.

The easiest route is to follow the Princes Highway toward Berwick, the park is located just prior to Berwick Village, opposite a number of car yards.
