2002 Results

G’day,

Well, that’s it for Social Sledding for 2002. I would like to thank you all for your support. This has been the best year Social Sledding has had in years. Thanks to Trevor and Pino for the starting and timing, Simone for the barbeque at the Cup Race, and Goldseekers for the meat; and to all who helped out.

Thank you also to all who donated for the raffle, and thank you for the present (you know how to embarrass me!) but as I told you at the Cup Race, it is all of you who make the racing so much fun, and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

I would like to wish Debbie all the best in her move to Queensland. Her sportsmanship on and off the trail is second to none and she will be missed by us all. So good luck Deb.

PS Congratulations to Trevor Taylor and Steve Blanch for their first big wins – Trevor who won the one dog class at the ASSA State of Origin, and Steve who won the two dog class at Canberra. Well done to them both.
